Considering the triggers you have listed, as unlikely as it is. It sounds like the problem is linked to the IAAC or similar. I wonder if the technician mixed up a connector? If I were you I would trace down all the wiring to see if they are connected to the proper locations, and to make sure they are all tight and clean considering the other troubleshooting you have already done.
